Support you might apply for might include:

  • Material resources: including tabling materials, a canopy tent, art supplies, megaphone, etc.

  • Technological resources: use of the FCAC Zoom account, edits to the FCAC website

  • Financial resources: for an event, training, communications, etc. While our funds are limited, we will try to support financial requests that align with our mission

  • Capacity: in cases of projects that require more capacity support, we may be able to connect you with other volunteers or staff members who can help

  • Communications: for events, issues, and calls to actions that require a signal boost, we may be able to amplify your message in our regular email updates or on social media

Things you might request support for:

  • Hosting an event that aligns with FCAC mission and values- you can do this as part of a working group or create a proposal to be approved by FCAC Council.

  • Creating a Short-Term Organizing Team- this is for a time-sensitive, focused mini-campaign on a piece of legislation, or an educational effort exploring an issue, or supporting internal organizational growth

  • Attending trainings or educational opportunities to build skills

  • Outreach Efforts (e.g. tabling at events, social media campaign, etc.)

These are not exhaustive lists of ways FCAC may be able to support you.
If there is something else we may be able to help you with, provide details in our
Resources Request Form.
